A. Soles of Silk is a site that shows off my photography and artwork revolving around the female foot as the subject. I have been using this as a source of my work for many years now and built this site to show those images.

Q. What will I NOT see on Soles of Silk?

A. On Soles of Silk you will NOT see nudity or sexually explicit conduct as described by U.S. Code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 110 that describes sexually explicit conduct, actual or simulated as: "sexual intercourse, including genital-genital, oral-genital, anal-genital, or oral-anal, whether between persons of the same or opposite sex; bestiality; masturbation; sadistic or masochistic abuse; or lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area of any person." If you are looking for this content, sorry, you're in the wrong place. There are thousands of explicit foot fetish and sex sites online. This IS NOT one of them!

Q. How often is Soles of Silk updated?

A. Soles of Silk is update once per week with a variety of content.

Q. What other features can be found in the member's section other than photos?

A. In addition to the photos, Soles of Silk will feature: Video clips, Model Interviews, Contributions from other foot sites, Downloads (wallpapers, buddy icons and member art), and regular Columns written by the site's photographer and Web master.

Q. How large are the photos on Soles of Silk

A. As of August 16, 2006 all photos on Soles of Silk are now 1024 x 768. Photos posted prior to this date were 800 x 600. *Note: This does not include contribution photos, which vary in size.

Q. Who runs Soles of Silk?

A. All the photographs and video (not counting contributions), the writing and graphic design work is done by one person, Patrick. Patrick is the former photographer, writer and graphic designer of the site The 10 Little Piggies, which was online several years ago.

Sole Mate Questions

Q. Who are the Soles of Silk models?

A. The models featured on Soles of Silk, called sole mates, are a mix of professional and amateur models. Some have posed for other Web sites and major magazines, while others are personal friends and enjoy showing off in front of the camera.

Q. How can I go about contacting my favorite sole mate?

A. Members will be able to contact certain sole mates directly. Each sole mate has been given the option of posting contact methods such as e-mail addresses, groups/clubs, forums, etc. That information can be found on that model's pages within the members area of the site. When contacting a sole mate, however, please be courteous. These girls are to be treated with respect.

Q. Is Soles of Silk seeking female foot models? I am interested, how do I contact Soles of Silk about modeling and what is the criteria?

A. Soles of Silk is always seeking new sole mates to be photographed for the site. The site is owned and operated out of the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. area, so models should be within reasonable distance. Also, models MUST be female and have well-kept feet. Race/age (+18) is not important. And a photo ID MUST be presented at the shoot for age verification purposes. Although no adult content will be done, I still require all models to be 18 or older. Q. Do you post contributions from other foot fetish Web sites? What is the criteria for submitting photos from my site?

A. Those interested in contributing photos to Soles of Silk must abide by the following:

- MUST be your original material

- MUST own/operate a site, group, club, etc. where other images can be found

- CANNOT contain nudity or pornographic material (including inside any site's banners or promotional materials given for linking purposes)

- At least one photo MUST contain a full body shot with the model(s) face visible

Web Master/Photographer Questions

Q. Do you have a foot fetish, or are you only in this for a profit?

A. I do indeed have a foot fetish. I've had a love for female feet since my teenage years. This is actually my third foot fetish Web site project. The first was a simple Yahoo! Geocities site, which later morphed into a site called, The 10 Little Piggies. Being an artist, I've always included female feet in my artwork and designs. I'm known as the "foot guy" to many of my friends. I don't hide the fetish like I did as a teenager. I wear it proudly. It's a part of who I am. And I've always included it in my art. This site is a way for me to show my work.

Q. What kind of camera do you use?

A. I use a 6.3 mega-pixel Fuji FinePix S7000.

Q. What kind of computer do you use?

A. I currently use a custom built PC with a 4 GHz processor, but I also have my trusty Apple eMac, 1.25GHz G4 and an Apple iBook, 700MHz G3. I was taught on a Mac and was anti-PC until November 2005. Now I go back and forth.
